Pervasive Games.

Pervasive games are games where the fictional game extends into the real world. An example of this would be the Assassin games people play where they have a 'target' that target will be another person that is involved in the game and they will most likely have a target of their own, to take out the target they will do this in non lethal or harmful ways, its just pretend.

This film was a bit strange in my opinion and I found it quite funny not that it was intended to be comical. the film is about how in the near future big wars are avoiding by people taking part in the Big Hunt, which is like a reality show of real assassins. The two main characters inevitably fall for each other even though she has to kill him. This makes it a lot harder, the film is about deceit and plans to kill their targets.
